Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SurelyUp (surelyup.com), operated by SurelyUp and founded by Sandy.

The service

We periodically check the websites you add and email you when they appear unavailable or when their SSL certificates are close to expiring. Monitoring is best-effort: checks can be delayed or miss short outages, and we are not liable for losses caused by downtime of your websites or of our service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for only monitoring websites you own or are authorised to monitor.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year, depending on the billing period you choose, until cancelled. Payments are processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send load to websites you don't control or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you by email of material changes.
